Apparently I can't add a new icon while I still have so many inactive icons because of dropping a paid account. If I delete an active icon, DW just automatically drops in one of the inactive icons. Therefor, I have no control over which icon they'll choose and I can't add any new ones.

I'm thinking of doing what shirebound does and use one icon as a default for everything.
