Post Holiday Blues

There’s a buildup of holiday energy that starts with Halloween and goes on through Christmas and New Year's Day. Starting January 2nd, all that holiday momentum stops. For the past week, I’ve been feeling the post holiday blues. Is it just me, or are any of you feeling that way, too?

I think a lot of us feel a let-down after the big build-up to the holidays. January is always sort of like that + it's the start of a new year, which can be somewhat daunting at times.

Yes, it's a thing for many of us after the holidays. And with it being a new year, it can also feel a bit overwhelming.

I think you are right - a lot of us deal with the post holiday blues. Dealing with the winter weather (at least where I live!) in January doesn't help. But I hope you are able to "shake them off" and look forward to spring :)

Yes, many of us have the post holiday blues. Shifting from the high energy of the holidays to the quieter times of winter. Thanks, I'm feeling better about it now. I'm back to enjoying winter and also look forward to spring. :)
