Balcony Garden

I've been feeling very tired lately (a residual thing from the cold I had earlier this month), but I finally bought some new plants for my balcony, and put them into bigger pots yesterday.

This is a new type of petunia.... Night Sky! I also have a lovely Plum Vein Wave Petunia, some Lobelias, Geraniums, and Marigolds. :)

Lovely! That "Night Sky" petunia is stunning. I like that geraniums come in so many colors now, not just red.

Thanks! <3 Oh yes, it's stunning. The minute I saw it, I knew it was coming home with me. :) It also comes in pink, though I didn't see any at the nursery.

I used to only buy red geraniums, but now I enjoy having a variety of colors.

I love petunias! If Harry doesn't eat my newly planted marigolds, I might get some. I always love the dark purple shades.

Yay for petunias! Aww, I hope you can get some...... the purple ones are very pretty.

I confess, my favorite petunias are the candy striped ones in deep pink and purple, and the deep pink ones with white ruffled edges I call "petticoat petunias". But those Night Sky ones are gorgeous! All the flowers are beautiful--just a riot of color!

I love candy striped petunias, and the ones with ruffles are so unusual and lovely. I'm glad you like the Night Sky ones. Aww, thanks... it's nice to have a variety of different colors on my balcony!

These are all so pretty! I adore the Night Sky one, though I can't shake the image of a black hole swallowing all the stars.

Thanks! <3 I'm glad you like the Night Sky one... it's interesting, some of the newer flowers coming in have less of the "stars" on them, so it is like a black hole, lol.
