Hey guys! Just a shoutout for the airing of my My Little Pony episode! It will premiere August 5th on Discovery Family! I do a voice with William Shatner, so it’s super special and fun episode, please tune in!!!

On that day they will broadcast the Australian episodes back to back and new episodes all through August. The intermission will be over. ^_^ Then there's the movie on October 6th, books on the way in August, and probably 30 sleepless days and nights of art prompt deadlines. Oh, and Legends of Equestria, the online 3-D immersion game, will be up and running again in August.

I'm glad the intermission will be over soon! I've kept up with the episodes each week, and can't wait for more. Sounds like there's lots of good stuff happening soon.

I've noticed that there isn't as much new merch at Target and some of the other stores I shop at... I assume more will be released when the movie comes out. But I prefer the older style of ponies anyway (last year and earlier), and I'm pretty content with what I have right now.

I find that the new brushable ponies look like they have dolphin heads, and apart from the Royal Pony Sisters, I'm not too keen on Hasbro's new plush line, but there is cool stuff in store (or, in other words, in stores soon). Like Target is going to have a singing Songbird Serenade (from the movie) and as a plush. There are going to be several accurate figures of creatures from the movie, there's the art of the movie book, Canterlot Castle, and last but not least, the robo-Twilight. One thing Hasbro does is churn out the merch. They were slow out of the gate in 2011, but since then there's been so much stuff that it's practically a small blessing I can't find half the stuff I might like to buy.

I feel the same way about the Hasbro plush line. And I don't care for the new figures, with the pointy noses (some of them with open mouths) and skinnier legs. But I have the Rarity one, cause I wanted her with glasses. It's a shame, because they finally have a Luna figure at Target, but I'm not buying it.

Maybe it's just my Target, but there's a lot more Shopkins stuff, and less Pony merch.

At least you have a Target. 8^) Target came to Canada and promptly went belly up. Before that, they bought out all the Zellers stores which had been my go-to place to hunt for pony merch. You could pop into some of the dollar stores and discount store for old merch. One near me had the Ty princesses. Last year I resorted to ordering those from a book store, along with a MLP Spirograph.

Good point, at least I have a Target. ;) Too bad it didn't do well in Canada. So far, the dollar store in my area doesn't have any pony figures, but they do carry the puzzles. And I occasionally find old merch at discount/used clothing stores. The MLP Spirograph sounds like fun. :)
